Myrtle Hansen Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 23, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Myrtle Hansen of Orem, Utah. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leah Miller Forbush and Neldon Forbush; and her siblings, Fairlyn Edwards, Val Forbush, Gene Forbush, Sanford Forbush, Ronald Forbush and Anna Mae Forsyth.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Hansen (Temple); her daughters, Terri Hansen Ramirez, Donna Anderson (Ken), Valerie Hansen and Jeanette Workman (Howard); and her sisters, Gayle Pollock (Hank) and Nedra Jensen. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Aleene's honor to A Gift of Time (http://www.agiftoftimegeorgetown.org to donate or P.O. Box 427 Georgetown, TX 78627), a nonprofit her daughter Jeanette serves with in supporting families living with dementia.
