She was predeceased by: her husband Sheldon V. Persson; her parents, Cecil Bame and Ruth Bame; her siblings, Howard Bame, Marley Bame, Marie Underwood and Glenda Mitchell; and her half-sister Carol Olson.

She is survived by: her son Sheldon Lynn Persson (Carol) of Riverside, CA; her granddaughters, Arlene Millett (Jerry) of Cerritos, CA and DeAnn Brandvold of Orem, Utah.; and her sisters, Betty Thomas, Cecile Curtis and Lorraine Bell. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
