He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Matthew Orr (Alicia), Deborah Watts, Danielle Fugal (Cameron), Natalie Orr, Jonathan Orr (KayeLynn), Jeremy Orr (Shauna) and Zachary Orr (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Rachel Orr, Erika Squire (Clayton), Matthew R. Orr, Benjamin Orr (Saige), Joshua Watts, Sarah Watts, Karissa Spencer (Evan), Mckay Fugal (Leilani), Ryan Fugal, Skylan Fugal (Lily), Chaska Ivers, Talon Ivers, Jaron Orr, Tyler Orr, Brooklyn Orr, Dylan Orr, Kai Hamilton, Jackson Vernon and Kate Vernon; and his siblings, Marilyn Parry, Marvin Orr (Marie), Barbara Orr, Brent Orr (Allayne) and Laurel Orr (Sheila).

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Windsor 7th Ward (1405 N Main St, Orem, UT 84057). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
