He is survived by: his wife Darleen Romney Frank; his parents, Donna Hoggan Frank and Louis John "Jack" Frank; his children, Janay Robison (Gage), Cherisa Burbage (Bobby), Lorelle Frank and Elise Frank; his grandchildren, Adelaide, Isla, Will, Clara and Donovan; and his siblings, Craig Frank (Kim), Tim Frank, Cheryl Christensen (Alan) and Brad Frank. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
