He is survived by : his former life partners, Neva Lunnen and Nancy Johnson; his children, Verlynn Cook (Jason) and Kyle Blackham; his grandson Josh Wiley (Stephany); and his siblings, Lamar Blackham (Linda) and Olena Hunt. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, numerous Children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.
