He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Goforth and Linda Goforth. He is survived by: his brother Eric Goforth (Aimee); his grandchildren, McCoy and Carla; his siblings' children, Riah, Judson, Skyler, Colby, Ashley, Wyatt, Caleb, Easton, Branson Goforth, Danika, Dakota and Riley Taylor; his son Colt T. Goforth; and his siblings, Kelly (Elisa), Michael (Peggy) and Brandie Taylor (Mike). He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and also many extended family that includes cousins he loved.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Et Moroni City Cemetery (1160 Duck Springs Dr, Moroni, UT 84646).
