He is survived by: his wife Annette Buhler; his children, Tristan (Marilyn), Lark Earl (Jesse), Jordan, Bronwyn, Robert and Serena; his brothers, Doug (Marianne), Jake (Barbara), Jon (Patricia) and Steve; and his brother-in-law David Blackham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
