He is survived by: his children, Brandi Dickinson (Randall), Matthew Morgan (Corynn), Michelle Crofts (Cade), Julianne Morgan, Charles Morgan and Savannah Carlisle (Nephi); his stepsiblings, Stephanie Davis, Jill Jeffries, Toni Turner, Kelly and Malcom Herbert; his granddaughter Divinity Hensley; his granddaughter-in-law Cambree Marshall; and his caregiver Jody Houghton.
