She is survived by: her parents, Lonny Zook and Shauna Nielsen Zook; her daughters, Alexis Ann Olsen Canady (Austin) and Sofia Alicia Hernandez; her significant other Nelson Hernandez; her granddaughter Violet Galley; and her brothers, Shaun Zook (Jen) and Josh Zook.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Paradise Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (9060 S 200 W, Paradise, UT 84328). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Latter-Day Saints Building (9060 S 200 W, Paradise, UT 84328).
