He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fox and Joyce Fox; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Donnelly and John Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Jean Fox of Park City, UT; his daughters, Jennifer Volkening (Todd) of Holladay, UT and Angela Brandon (Jacob) of Holladay, UT; his granddaughter Grayce Skelton of Gilbert, AZ; his brother Bob Fox (Patty) of Olean, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Donnelly (Nancy) of Olean, NY, Cindi McCann (Mike) of Allegany, NY, Amy Phillips of Pflugerville, TX and Tania Kierklewski (Doug) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
