She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Cecil Biford Foster (Amy Joel McQueen) and Amy Joel McQueen; and her parents, Leo Wilhelm and Carmel Lorraine Sabin. She is survived by: her husband Roy; her children, Michael Frandsen (Silvia), Kelly Thomas, Matthew Frandsen and Amy Paulson (Curt); her grandchildren, Kayla, Eric, Megan, Zach, Courtney, Nate, Matthew, Miranda, Seth, Cassidy, Rachel, Breanna, Crystal, Ruben, Emily, Tyson, Samantha, Vincent and Meema; and her sisters, Lael Good and Conilee Swantek. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (586 1750 S, Payson, UT 84651). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Salem City Cemetery (965 S 140 E, Salem, UT 84653).
