She was predeceased by: her father Terry Lee Mattinson. She is survived by: her mother Helen Elinor Robinson Mattinson; her children, Dylan Terry Smith and Alexis Vivian Smith; and her siblings, Dale William Mattinson and Suzanne Lavern Mattinson Irvine.
