He was predeceased by: his mother Shanna Kaye Hunt Phillips; and his grandmother Vicky Phillips. He is survived by: his father Chad Phillips (Kristine); his sons, Liam J. Phillips and Grayson Shaun Phillips; his wife McKayla Elcock; his grandparents, Leslie Phillips (Dyana), Alex Hunt (Janette) and Susan Crannell (Jack); his siblings, Chantal Rowley (Austin), Ethan Phillips (Sadie) and Colton Phillips; his in-laws, Michelle Stephenson and Eric Elcock (America); and also Veloy Pulley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Viewing will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (94 W 300 N, Nephi, UT 84648).
