She is survived by: her husband Gary Herbert; her children, Valerie (Rick Jackson), Richard (Brenda Herbert), Brennen and Kala Herbert (Black) of Delta, UT.; her siblings, Vear Reynolds of Payson, UT and Regi Hendricks of Missouri; and her grandchildren, Curtis, Emily, Spencer, Shane, Rylan and Conner.
