She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine Thomas and Leah Smith Thomas; her husband Ronald Lee Carter; her children-in-law, Rebecca Carter and Kendall Jackson; and her sisters, Lynetta Newbold and Marsha Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Carter of Payson, Darien Carter (Sara) of Spanish Fork, Todd Carter of Salem, Chad Carter (Michelle) of Spanish Fork and Trudy Jackson of Santaquin, Utah; and her siblings, Barbara Lundell (Richard) and Randall Thomas (Sharon). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (902 W 400 N, Payson, UT 84651). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery (420 S 400 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660).
