He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Alphonzo Mendenhall and Harriett TerLouw Mendenhall; and his sister-in-law Kris Mendenhall. He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Tuckett (Marvin), Scott Mendenhall, Robert "Tuna" Mendenhall (Kay), Lori Mendenhall Toutai and Melanie Mendenhall (Traci); and his children, Joseph Dan Mendenhall, Kami Swift (Jesse) and Michelle Mendenhall. He is also survived by his grandkids, and many nieces and nephews.
