He is survived by: his wife Stefanie Lee Nielsen of Payson; his sister Shelly Leftwich of Vineyard; and his children, Christian McKay Nielsen (Skylee) of Payson, Devyn Hunter Nielsen of Payson and Ashley Nicole Nielsen of Payson. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, and a grandnephew and grandnieces.
