He is survived by: his friends, Phil Alvey, Ronald Alvey and Jimmy Peterson; his close friends, Marion "Red" Terry, Doug Downey and Ronny Memmott; his wife Carol Clark; his children, Cheri Gisburne (Don Gisburne), Mike Dockstader (Kristie Johnson Dockstader) and JoEll Dockstader; his brother Drew Dockstader; and his grandchildren, Weston, Tyler, Garrett, Logan, Jennifer and Dustin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
