He was predeceased by: his parents, Oleen Talbot and Helen Spackman Talbot; his stepparents, Ormi Talbot and Floyd Spendlove; his sisters, Gayle Berrett (Mark) and Susan Dean (Wallace); and his stepbrothers, VeNile and Lynn Bee.
He is survived by: his uncle Sylvan; his aunt Romania Talbot; his family, Garth and Donna; his daughter Donna; his wife Donna; his children, Lisa Talbot of Santaquin, Jay Talbot (Janine) of Santaquin and Sonia Traw (Kevin) of Mesa; his grandchildren, William Edwards, Victoria Thorn (Jared), Garth Z. Talbot (Chandrelyn), Thobeka Talbot, Amelia Talbot and Gretl Talbot; his brothers, Dennis Talbot (Ellen) and Steven Spendlove (Dikki); his close friends, Sue Cockayne, Lee Ann Pyper, Katie Dahl and Howard Houston; his family, Liz Banner, Lynn Rogers, Dante and Fernanda Morales; Martha Corilla Talbot and Sullivan Thorn. He is also survived by Mom and Dad's friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walker Funeral Home (587 S 100 W, Payson, UT 84651). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Santaquin City Cemetery (100 E 300 S, Santaquin, UT 84655).
For the last five years, he had been on dialysis and dealt with mild Parkinson's. We are grateful that his life was prolonged and that we could have him with us as long as we did.
