He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Spainhower and Rhea Barnett Spainhower; and his brother Bob Spainhower. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Leavitt (David) and Susie Knuteson (Jared); his grandchildren, Josie Knuteson, Shae Beal, Jarett Knuteson, Beau Leavitt, Casey Leavitt, Richard Leavitt and Brendan Leavitt; and his siblings, CaraLee Pfouts and Gordie Spainhower. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
