He is survived by: his wife Willetta Farr Hogan; his children, Kurtis Hogan (Brooke), Kyle Hogan, Wes Hogan (Candice), JoQell Taylor (Bodie) and Trisha Locke (Benton); and his siblings, Kathy Farr (late Steve), Michelle Anderson (Wayne), Robert Hogan (Debra) and Corrine Muhlstein (Randy). He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (12625 Spring Lake Rd, Payson, UT 84651). A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at the Mona City Cemetery (749 Cemetery Ln, Nephi, UT 84648).
