He is survived by: his wife Joyce Schmidt Callaway; and his children, Gary Johnson (Lisa), Donna Hansen (Brad), Ginger Mix (Rob), Christine Adamson (Mike), Zelma Nelson and Ida Kay Brown (Joesph).
