As we bid Robert Marion farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert Marion is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Ray Skinner and Bernetta Allen Skinner; his wife Merna Skinner; his son Ricky Robert Skinner; and his brothers, Merrill Skinner, Don Skinner and Leon Skinner.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Jill Skinner; his sister Arlene Glover (Wayne); and his friend Pat Gasser. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walker Funeral Home (587 S 100 W, Payson, UT 84651). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at the Payson City Cemetery (800 E 400 N, Payson, UT 84651).
