He was predeceased by: his parents, Verle "Slim" Ohlsen and Billie Asbury. He is survived by: his wife Maree Ohlsen; his children, Kent (Dana), Kara (Darren), Kristin (Craig) and Kalee (Trevor); and his siblings, Terry Ohlsen, Laura Ann Werner and Kathy Maldonado. He is also survived by grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (952 1580 S, Payson, UT 84651). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
