He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hogan; his children, Jonathan H (Sheree Farr), Tiffany (Thomas Gregson), Melissa Farr, Tamara (Steven Van Shaar) and Daniel B (Katie Farr); and his brother-in-law Jay Taylor. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
