He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Jefferson and Ellen Maxine Pay Moore; his wife Normagene Hadlock; his son Dale Scott Moore; his brother David Moore; and his brother-in-law Robert Beebe.
He is survived by: his sons, Daren (Dianna), Douglas and Ryan; and his grandchildren, Spencer (Jordan), Riley, Trevor (Jaiden), Xander (Melisa), Preston, Amanda, Lydia and Bryson. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.
