He is survived by: his wife Melvina Banks; his children, Kristy Eastwood (William), Jessie Newell (Brett), Brady Banks, Lisa and Harley; his grandchildren, Bridger, Brylee, Boden and Brykelle Eastwood; and his siblings, Carl Banks (Debbie), Lynn Banks (Christie), Jeff Banks and Marla Talbot (Randall). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Walker Mortuary (587 S 100 W, Payson, UT 84651). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Payson City Cemetery (400 N 800 E, Payson, UT 84651).
