He is survived by: his father Kennett Patrick Dowd (Maryann); his wife Deborah Dowd (Hayes); his children, Marcus Dowd (John), Nicholas Dowd (Karolina), Jacob Dowd (Raechel) and Brooklyn Ryan (Daniel); his siblings, Pamela Latimer (Matthew), Teri Ivie Hutchinson (Christopher), Andrea Kristensen (Kris) and Bradley Dowd (Janae); and his grandchildren, Zachary Dowd, Alice Dowd and Jonathan Ryan.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1136 W 700 S, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grove 8th Ward Chapel (1136 W 700 S, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Alpine City Cemetery (E 350 N St & Grove Dr, Alpine, UT 84004).
