He is survived by: his children, Mersadee Adams (Scott), Courtney Otuafi (Suliasi) and Cody Clayburn; his grandchildren, Mason, Averie, Emmy Adams, Cora and Clover Otuafi; his stepmother Malynne Clayburn; his siblings, Kimberli Wilde (Todd), Colton, Craigun Clayburn (Sarah), Butch (Lisa), Kenny (Julie), Brian (Tammy), Lance (Jody), Benteen Brandow (Anita), Shauntai Johnson, Kris Bevans (Laurel) and Janaia Roeder (Scott); Retta-Marie Bevans (Kim).
