She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Boyer Conder and Ruby J Singleton Conder; her siblings, Orville and Barbara; her husband Richard Fernand Millar; and her children, Cindy Millar, Carol Millar Brown (Bill), Dale Millar (Carla), Connie Millar Edwards (Kenny), Marie Millar Cardon, Dean Millar (Holly) and David Millar (Heidi).
