She is survived by: her parents, Kurt Matthia and Sheela Matthia; her siblings, Mark Matthia (Hale), Phaedra Serna (Art), Heidi Yardley (Mark), Suzanne Carter (Shaun), Sheila Washburn (Jeff), Rachel Melnyk (Clay) and Becky Mader (Dave); and her caregiver Cathy.
