Giuliana Maria Maddox Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Giuliana Maria Maddox (Pleasant Grove, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Giuliana may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Giuliana touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gino Carlo and Flora Del Carlo; and her brother Giorgio. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lee Maddox; and her children, Diana Otterstrom (Gary), Linda Reber (Ben), Richard Maddox (Michelle), Steven Maddox, Debra Hulsey (Damon), Michael Maddox (Natalie) and Tricia Williamson. She is also survived by 44 great-grandchildren.
