It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Vizzard of Pleasant Grove, Utah, who passed away on April 19, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Meere Vizzard and John Anthony Vizzard Sr. From; his former wife Donna Lee Nielsen Vizzard; his siblings, James Terrence Vizzard and Kathleen Marie Vizzard Landis; and his stepson Jeremy Bolingbroke.
He is survived by: his wife Treena Jensen Vizzard; his children, John Anthony Vizzard III (Marisel) and Karen Danae Vizzard; and his stepchildren, Rachelle Spencer (John), Breanne Meline (Preston), Aliesha Cook (Todd) and Josh Bolingbroke (Bre). He is also survived by grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
