He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Bushnell and Phebe Bushnell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lynn Allan; his daughters, Crystal Ewart, Melani Villarruel (Mike) and Angie Baughman (Matt); his grandchildren, Ali (Dusten), Corbyn (Lexy), Madi, Hannah, Daymon, Dylan, Logan, Ryker, Haylee, Gage and Harlie; and his great grandchildren, Coltyn, Wrenley, Briggs, Lucy and Benji. He is also survived by two sisters, one brother.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Olpin Family Mortuary (494 S 300 E St, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
