Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mount Mahogany 6th Ward Chapel (1541 N 1300 W St, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery (500 N 100 E, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062).
