He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard Muir and Fern Ann Poulson Muir. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bott (Dennis), Alison Flanders (Shane) and David Muir (Katie); his grandchildren, Camden, Matthew, Anniston, Brooklyn and Channing; and his siblings, Thomas Muir (Sara), Ann Johnson (Brian), Carol Theurer (Jeff), Scott Muir (Pam) and Robert Muir (Mary).
