She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Cruz Jr., Kara Worthy (John Worthy) and Kami Ballard (Dustin Ballard); her grandchildren, Kadan Rockett, Madyson Cruz, Brooklyn Rockett, Mattea Worthy, Daegan Cruz, Cece Worthy, Lilly Cruz, Lydia Worthy, Hayden Cruz, Aria Ballard, Malea Ballard, Jasper Worthy, Loretta Legens and William Legens; and her brothers, Robert Moore and Kevin Moore.
