She was predeceased by: her husband LaVal F Garner; her parents, Lyle A Parks Sr. and Nellie G Parks; and her siblings, Lyle A Parks Jr. and Jane R Clark.
She is survived by: her brother Leon Parks; and her children, Heidi Garner, Troy (Leslie Garner), David (Marianne Garner), Jana (Steve Webber), Laura (Richard Collette), Jared Garner, Karl Garner (Bryce) and Kasumi Garner. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
