We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Zachery Crooks (Pleasant Grove, Utah), born in Houston, Texas. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dawn Marie Duhe and Richard "Todd" Crooks (Shannon Penrod); his siblings, Alyssa Marie Crooks, Bret Wilkinson (Baili), Chantele Felt (Joseph), James Thurman, David Thurman and Chance Moffett; and his grandparents, Richard Crooks (Louella) and Jerry Duhe (Kathy). He was also cherished by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 11th 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Olpin Family Mortuary (494 S 300 E St, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 11th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel (494 S 300 E St, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062).
