He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Glain Sherman and Mary Pringle Sherman; his son William Glain Sherman; his siblings, Joseph, Ruby, Earl, Marie and Keith; and his daughter-in-law Danna Lynn Sherman.
He is survived by: his children, Arland J Sherman Jr. of American Fork and Annette Jean Pitchford (John) of Parachute, CO; and his siblings, Zelma, Louise, Shirlene, Richard (Betty) and Lynn. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (123 N Main St, Huntington, UT 84528). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Huntington City Cemetery (560 W 400 N, Huntington, UT 84528).
