He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Doyle Olsen and Rozina Marie Nielsen Olsen; his wife Grace; his daughter Lisa; his siblings, Val Dean, Bob and Marie Hughes; and his grandsons, Corey Daley and Robert Paul Daley.
He is survived by: his children, David Leichty (Michelle) of Centerville, Scott Olsen (Tina) of Huntington, Jedd Olsen (Alana) of Huntington, Utah and Debbie Murray (Bill) of Huntington, Utah; and his brother Richard Olsen (Larayne) of Hooper, Utah. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
