She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Hansen and Clara Opal Seamons; her children, Calvin Cook and Louise Cook; her grandson Christopher Cook; her sister Fern Peterson; and her brother-in-law Dee Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Koonce (Kelly) of Price, Debbie Cook of Payson, Lisa Sager (Roy) of Springville, Valerie Aldous of Ogden and Dell Jay Cook (Quana) of Huntington; and her brother Leeland Hansen (Vickie). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
