Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A. Tobin, Sr. and Marian A. Burmeister Tobin; his wife Betty Marie Record; and his children, Deanna M. Rhees (Jerry), Katherine E. Memmott (Gordon) and Michael B. Tobin (Patty).
