He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Miller and Clara Clingman Miller; and his nephew Jade O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Timothy; his children, Jeremy Miller (Jennafer), Rachelle Downum (Brian) and Braylan Miller; and his siblings, Cindy O'Neil (Lynn), Bobbie Grako (Gary), Brady Miller (Lisa) and Ileen Lowder. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a wildlife conservation group in his memory.
