He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Mendez (Anthony Mendez); his grandchildren, Dennzel and Hazel Mendez; and his siblings, Ellie Ortez, Mary Jane Wallace (late David), William (Jeanna Vigil), Robert (Annette Vigil), Vivian (Richard Garcia), Becky (Stan Coulter), Tom Vigil (Lori), Adeline Wilson (late Gene) and Alice (Mike Hill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
