He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Holdaway and Ethel Coli Holdaway; his wife Sandra I. Holdaway; his son Jamie Dean Holdaway; his grandson Brandon Mills; and his stepgreat-grandson Traygen Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Teri Gaus (Mark); his stepchildren, Ron Blanchard, Layne Blanchard, Lael McIntosh (Brian), Shelly Bishop (Bridget) and Kelly Leal (Chago); and his siblings, Sharon Jameson and Eugene Holdaway (Pam).
