He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Adams of Pocatello, ID; his granddaughters, Bobbi Smith of Peoriz, AZ and Lisa Smith of Cleveland, OH; his great grandchildren, Jeffory Smith, Brooke Keele, Mikelle Smith, Tylynn Smith, Sabrina Santi and Zakgary Smallwood; his great great grandchildren, A'nnalisa Caraballo, Giannalyn Caraballo, Jaydenrose Taylor and Kaden Cameron Keele; and his siblings-in-law, Tony Perez (Lucinda) and Carmel Barella.
