She was predeceased by: her parents, Esequiel Chavez and Candelaria Victoria Vigil Chavez; her husband Pete Martinez; her brother Edward M. Chavez; and her great grandchild Baby David.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Vigil (Philip), Peter (Kathy), Michael Richard (Connie Bateman) and Joseph Martinez. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. View Cemetery.
