He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Lyon and Charles Lyon; his daughter Karen Flanders; and his siblings, Wayne, Ron and Sue Lyon.
He is survived by: his close friend Barbara; his brother Russ; his children, Jayme and Danny Lyon; and his grandchildren, Jared, Evan and Karanna.
