With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Porter of Price, Utah, born in Gary, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gene may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of our lives, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Roscoe Porter and Virginia Porter; his former life partner Kathleen Martin; his wife Kathy Wheeler (Pat Porter); and his son David.
He is survived by : his daughter Krista.
